CONTEST TIME!!

Here's the 411 on this awesome contest...pretty simple but I'll explain...:) Below is one picture from a session that I've done recently. All of these were amazing people and I was blessed to have been able to be a part of their day and give them great photos that will last a lifetime. So, now it is YOUR job to vote for your favorite! All you have to do is leave a comment on THIS post, with the number of the picture you vote for and why they're the best and should win! The one with the most votes will receive a FREE canvas print of the image of their choice to use in their home, office, etc. Canvas prints are a gorgeous and classy way to display photos of the ones you love. So don't forget, you must leave a comment with the number of the picture you're voting for AND why they're awesome or why they should win (even if it's just because they're awesome! :) The contest will end April 27th at 10:00pm. Sarah + Justin, Engaged

This was by far one the most special sessions I will ever do! Sarah is my beautiful sister-in-law, but I just call her my sister! :) And God has so intricately orchestrated her life to meet this tall fellow, Justin! It's crazy how once we find the one we were created to love, everything makes sense. We may never have guessed we would end up where we did, but everything is for a purpose. And these two wonderful people know that all too well. :) Justin is a national-champion-athlete turned coach and Sarah is a Jr. High teacher in Shamrock, where Justin coaches and where they first met. :) I can't wait to see God grow their love for each other and for them to portray the love of Christ through their marriage. I was soooo blessed to have been able to be a part of this sweet season in their lives and am so happy to be part of this family. We could not have asked a more gorgeous day for this session, and I believe the sun was shining just for them during the session. :)  Oh, some of these pictures may have you asking two things:
1) Is this real life?!
Answer: yes. They just look like they could be in a sweet romantic movie. :)
2) Are they really that tan?!
Answer: Yes. Amazing, I know.

Jillian + Shelby, Engagement

They've decided on forever. That's what Jillian first posted after that night she'll never forget when the man who stole heart got down on one knee. And this couple has a special story. I mean, I believe that each story is special, but these guys have been through a lot, and the love of Christ is displayed throughout their story. Redemption, forgiveness, and unconditional love are all themes for their special story. And they're about to seal it with a ring, a kiss, and a vow before man and God, to commit to those themes for the rest of their lives throughout their marriage and their example to Journey. I said this when Journey was born, and it is even more true today...That little girl will NEVER run out of love. The sparkle in her eyes is a direct result of the love between her parents and the commitment they've made to each other and to her. This is one of the most special sessions I've ever been blessed to be a part of, and it truly blessed my heart to get to be a part of it! I love you guys SO much, and am so excited to watch your love for one another grow along with your relationship with Christ. So, friends, here again gracing the pages of my blog is precious Journey, her beautiful mother Jillian, and her fiance, Shelby!
